What is the difference between "Property Manager Qualification Certificate" and "Property Manager Employment Certificate"?

There are currently three types of property certificates:

Issued by the Ministry of Labor: Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager are professional qualification certificates.

Property certificate of the Ministry of Construction: divided into enterprise managers, department managers and general personnel.

Due to the national reform, these two departments have been abolished at present, because their certificates have no practical significance.

At present, the only certificate of property management is registered property manager, which is used all over the country.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (the former Ministry of Construction) and the Ministry of Personnel (the former Ministry of Labor merged) jointly issued.

In April this year, the state authorized China Property Management Research Institute to conduct management.

As a professional manager of property management, the registration certificate is directly linked to the qualification of property enterprises.

However, due to the difficulty of the registered asset manager exam, some places still use the original certificate or the certificate issued by the association itself.

Certificates issued by various places are not used in the whole country. Including foreign CIH certificates.

I have never heard of the "Property Manager Qualification Certificate"
