Quanta Shanghai manufacturing city QSMC (Quanta Shanghai manufacturing city) was established in March, 20001year. Located in Shanghai Songjiang Export Processing Zone, it includes 7 companies, including Dafeng Computer, Dagong Computer, Dawei Logistics, Dali Computer, Daren Computer, Daqun Computer and Yesong Property, which mainly produce notebook computers. Founded in May 2006, Quanta Changshu Manufacturing City (CSMC) is located in Changshu High-tech Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, including Dafu Computer and more than ten core supporting enterprises, mainly producing MP4 and other non-notebook computer products. In just over two years, CSMC has grown to more than 6,000 people, with a turnover of 9.7 billion RMB in 2008, making it the largest import and export enterprise in Changshu and the top 20 in Suzhou.

Quanta Computer, founded in 1988, is the largest research, development, design and manufacturing company of notebook computers in the world. The long-term development strategy of Quanta Computer is to "deeply cultivate Taiwan Province Province and distribute globally".
