The Municipal Cultural Relics Bureau and the Municipal People's Committee are responsible for supervising the use and management units of ancient sites and ancient buildings, and doing a good job in the prevention and control of hidden dangers of surrounding geological disasters. 3. Strictly implement the evaluation system. For engineering construction projects in geological disaster-prone areas and ground fissures passing through areas, the land and resources departments should strengthen the supervision and management of geological disaster risk assessment in land use approval in accordance with relevant requirements, so as to prevent engineering construction from triggering, aggravating and suffering from geological disasters.

(3) Improve the ability to prevent and control geological disasters.

1. Accelerate the construction of "ten counties" for high-standard geological disaster prevention and control. The hidden danger points of geological disasters with great difficulty in engineering management should be combined with poverty alleviation and relocation work, and incorporated into the annual relocation work arrangement of the region, so as to realize the relocation of the people threatened by geological disasters in the city as much as possible and completely eliminate the threat of hidden dangers of geological disasters.

3. Strengthen geological disaster emergency drills. The district and county governments and development zone administrative committees with the task of preventing and controlling geological disasters shall actively organize and carry out emergency drills for geological disasters.
