Second, the activity process

In the previous conversation with Director Shen of Friendship Community, we learned that some residential buildings within the jurisdiction of this community belong to non-property management, and most of them are foreign tenants. Usually there is no special cleaner and security guard to manage and clean. So the living environment is dirty, chaotic and poor. At our suggestion, the community workers promised to take us to the residential building for sanitary renovation.

When I first came to the residential contract area, it was a mess. The walkways and open spaces in front of the building are full of rubbish and floating objects, and the green space between buildings is completely different. Rotten melon and fruit remains are piled up under the abandoned bricks, lush and thick roots are wrapped in layers of white garbage, and all kinds of onions, garlic and vegetables are planted in the green space of the community. In the wet, sticky and mottled mud, countless plastic bottles, cans, waste batteries and dirty paper towels are piled up everywhere.

Seeing the scene in front of us, all the students present put on gloves silently and acted quickly. With a shovel, they can shovel out a thick layer of garbage, dead leaves and melon seeds, and pour them into garbage bags with plastic bottles and fast food boxes. The palm-sized area should be shoveled at least three to five times before it can be completely eradicated. We bent down, squatted down, or used shovels, or used clips, or directly picked up by hand, and eradicated, picked up, classified and dumped the garbage for more than three hours. We did our best and finally finished most of the cleaning work.

However, after today's completion, how can we ensure that no one will throw garbage here tomorrow? Even if we do it every week, there is still no way to completely change the living environment of the residents here. How can we improve the happiness index of the residents? Everyone is thinking about where happiness comes from.

To this end, we conducted a household survey to understand their concept of happiness and whether they need property and more help; Publicize the government's call, stimulate the concept of environmental protection and sense of ownership, and bring them social care and warmth; More importantly, come into their lives and do our best to help them solve their difficulties. With our efforts, the environment of residential areas is improving day by day, and the ecological construction has taken a step forward. Third, the activity sentiment.

Through this activity, we realize that everyone yearns for a clean, tidy and comfortable living environment, but sometimes they lack the consciousness and concept of action. Happiness comes not only from the effective policies of the government, the concern and support from all walks of life, but also from itself. If you want to get happiness, you must first put your savings into the bank of life and build a civilized, hygienic and friendly framework, then you can reap your own happiness in the future.

At the same time, we understand the importance of social practice activities and the good intentions of the school to build a practical platform for us. High school students are getting closer and closer to entering the society when they enter the society. In the second internship, the three of us were responsible for taking care of the children taking a nap. Although this internship has little to do with our internship content, we just help, but through this form of help, we can gain the trust of the kindergarten and establish a solid foundation for our good working relationship. We mainly do some things in life, such as waking up children on time, guiding them to fold quilts and organizing them to drink water, but we also feel that social work methods are everywhere.

The third internship is mainly a formal intervention. The first two times were to prepare for the formal entry into the work, and the main purpose of this internship is to get to know the neighborhood Committee and the kindergarten of the University of Technology and win their support. In order to improve the work efficiency and not affect the work of the residents' committee staff and the kindergarten staff of the University of Technology, we work in two groups. A group of boys went to talk to the neighborhood Committee and collected relevant information about the neighborhood Committee and the community. We invested a lot in the sixth internship, but the result was a bit disappointing. Our discussion this time is mainly aimed at the problems in operation, such as the contents of publicity pages, the borrowing of resources such as tables and chairs, and the recycling and production of waste products. And we have done some division of labor according to these contents. The activity will be held soon, and everyone is doing their best.

The main content of the eighth internship is a supplement to the final content. Such as exhibition paintings, clip cards, etc. We are all making the final sprint for this activity.

The main contents of the ninth and tenth internships are formal activities and evaluation. We went to the activity site early, and there were many unexpected situations during the activity: 1, with the help of Wan Jiahui Supermarket. Five, internship feeling and thinking

1, in the process of finding a neighborhood Committee, two phenomena have caused my thinking.

(1) Residents are not sure about the location of the neighborhood committee. Neighborhood committees are service organizations for community residents, connecting residents with residents, residents with neighborhood committees, and residents with the government. Moreover, residents of neighborhood committees do some mass work, so communication with residents should be more frequent. Residents should be familiar with neighborhood committees. However, when we asked residents about the location of neighborhood committees, many residents said they didn't know the specific location.

(2) The neighborhood committee has a humble position. Community service organization is a special service organization, which is related to the development and construction of the community. It can also be said that it is the frontispiece of the community. From the site selection and layout of industrial university community, it can be found that community construction needs urgent attention.

In view of the above phenomenon, I analyzed the following two reasons: first, the residents in the industrial university community are highly mobile. Although the community of the University of Technology belongs to the campus community of the University of Technology, the residents here will move out for various reasons, so that other outsiders or migrants can move in. These groups have less opportunities to deal with neighborhood committees and do not know about community neighborhood committees. Second, there are few opportunities for community neighborhood committees to interact with residents, and they cannot come from the masses and go to the masses. If there are few opportunities for contact, there will be a lack of mutual understanding. In fact, the above two reasons are only superficial, and in the final analysis, they are caused by the current situation of the whole community in China. Limited by China's special national conditions, the government can't properly implement the investment and construction of the community, and can't provide macro-policy guidance and special resources for the community, which makes the community work fail to enter the professional track.

2. Pay and return will be positively correlated.

4, plan to improvise, step by step will only make the work have negative effects.

In our specific operation process, many situations are unexpected and many situations are temporary. To this end, we don't have to completely follow the original plan, we need flexible control activities. But there is one thing that we need to pay attention to, and we should not go too far? Funny? If the content of the activity has nothing to do with the plan, then the previous efforts will be in vain. At the same time, if the content of the activity is far from the plan, it will also reflect the lack of the organizer's ability, which is tantamount to denying yourself. Therefore, when we organize activities, we will adjust some forms and contents, but many contents have not changed, such as quiz content, waste of display and publicity.

5. Think it over.

I think our original plan is more suitable for a relatively closed system. The activities we set need to be attended by people with a certain time. At that time, most of the participants were elderly people and would not stay at the event site for a long time. We considered this problem when we made the plan, but we didn't pay attention to it, which led to some abrupt situations on the spot. Because of this, this activity provides us with a good experience and lesson, telling us that every activity needs as many presuppositions as possible. Perhaps the content of consideration did not happen on the spot, but if many temporary situations are beyond our control, we will make many negative effects in an activity if we do not make good predictions and preparations in advance. In view of why we are not considerate, I analyzed the following reasons: 1, mutual shirking, laziness. With the mentality that someone will always do it and don't have to do it too well, I'll handle this errand. 2. Fear of difficulties. In some cases, we will consider resource support and ways of recruiting members. But considering the difficulties in the operation, we will give up. 3. Knowledge and experience are unsystematic and lacking. There are few opportunities for exercise.

6, a clear division of labor is conducive to the smooth development of the work.

When designing the scheme, we have a certain division of labor for each team member. When carrying out activities, everyone's division of labor seems a bit? Chaos? . Fortunately, we don't organize large-scale activities, and we don't have to have a clear division of labor. But if it is a very formal large-scale event, it needs a clear division of labor.
