Brief introduction of Pingshan town

Pingshan Town, formerly known as Xinfa Township and Zhenxi Township, is located in the lower reaches of the Minjiang River, 42 kilometers away from Yibin City, the first city in the Yangtze River, and belongs to Yibin's "half-hour economic circle". Convenient land and water transportation, Minjiang Golden Waterway, Yiping Road and Yifeng Road pass through the territory, and it is the transportation hub from Yibin to Leibo and Leshan. Pingshan Town is adjacent to Gaochang Town of Yibin County in the east, Juexi Town of Yibin County in the west, Li Chang Town and Gubai Township of Yibin County in the north and Mahayana Town in the south. It's only 42 kilometers to Yibin city. The town covers an area of 85.87 square kilometers. Jurisdiction 13 villages, 7 communities and nearly 60,000 people.
