Responsibility of the property management unit: the property management unit needs to formulate a property service contract according to law, and indicate the management requirements for decoration behavior in the contract. At the same time, the property management unit should cooperate with the decoration work in the residential building and provide necessary services and management support. 3. Decoration preparation: Before decoration, it is necessary to negotiate with the property management unit to determine the time and place and go through the corresponding procedures. Residents need to put steel plates and other equipment, which must be approved by the property management unit and take necessary protective measures. 4. Disposal of public * * * areas: Decoration personnel shall not occupy public * * * parts or damage public * * * facilities. If it affects residents' traffic or damages public facilities, the property management unit has the right to stop and deal with it. It should be noted that Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays are rest days. If renovation is needed, it is necessary to apply to the property management unit for issuing a renovation permit before construction.

What kind of responsibility should the property management unit and the decoration personnel bear if the decoration time causes influence or loss to the residents? The main responsibility for the impact or loss of residents caused by the decoration time lies with the decoration personnel and the property management unit. If the decoration personnel fail to carry out the decoration within the specified time, or cause influence or loss to the residents during the construction, they shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation and take effective measures to remedy it with the cooperation of the property management unit. If the property management unit fails to perform its control and service responsibilities, causing damage to the interests of residents, it shall also bear the corresponding liability for compensation.

"Regulations on the Management of Residential Decoration" is to ensure the normal life and work and rest of residents and avoid the inconvenience and loss caused by decoration. Residents need to negotiate with the property management unit in accordance with the law, clarify the time and method of decoration, and take necessary protective measures to ensure the safe and orderly decoration. Legal basis:

Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution prohibits construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution at night in areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated in urban areas, except for emergency repairs, emergency rescue operations and continuous operations due to production process requirements or special needs. If continuous operation is necessary due to special needs, there must be a certificate from the people's government at or above the county level or its relevant competent department. Night operations as mentioned in the preceding paragraph must be announced to nearby residents.
