Article 25 of the Measures for the Administration of Rural Power Grid Renovation and Upgrading Project issued by the Development and Reform Commission [2010] No.2520 stipulates that the investment in the renovation of meter boxes and meters shall be included in the investment plan, and the lines and facilities behind the meter shall adopt qualified products or be funded by farmers. Project legal persons and any other units and organizations shall not charge farmers in violation of regulations, and it is strictly forbidden to force farmers to contribute capital.

Second, the meter should be applied before installation:

Go to the local power supply business hall. After handling (with valid certificates such as real estate license and ID card), the local power supply or power supply bureau will install it for residents within 5 working days.

Installed on the switch cabinet: the height should be 1.4 ~ 1.7m and not less than 0.4m ..

The temperature of the installation site should be between 0~40℃. The distance from the heating system should not be less than 0.5m, and generally it should not be installed outdoors.

The installation shall be vertical and the inclination shall not be greater than 10.

Put several watches together, and the distance between them should not be less than 60 mm

If the instrument is installed by current transformer, the secondary circuit should be separated from the relay protection circuit. Secondary current should use insulated copper wire, the cross section is not less than 2.5mm2.

Requirements of metering secondary circuit

Copper wires must be used for the secondary circuit conductors of current and voltage transformers for measurement.

The cross section of the voltage secondary circuit conductor should not be less than1.5mm2; The conductor section of the current secondary circuit shall not be less than 2.5mm2

When measuring the voltage transformer, the voltage drop of the secondary circuit shall not exceed 0.5% of the secondary rated voltage; For a class of users, the voltage drop is required not to exceed 0.25% of the rated voltage.

The following occasions are not allowed to install electric energy meters.

1, in inflammable and explosive dangerous places.

2. Dangerous places with corrosive gas or high temperature.

3. Where there are magnetic fields and dusty places.

First, get the application form.

Materials to be provided:

1) written application;

2) Real estate license;

3) Applicant's identity certificate (original and photocopy). Or the business license, legal person qualification certificate or identity certificate of the property owner (original and photocopy);

4) Centralized residential areas need to provide proof that the property company allows the installation of electricity.

Second, submit the application: the time limit for the plan reply is within 7 working days.

Three, the power supply company door-to-door service, determine the power supply plan.

1, the external engineering fee is charged according to the actual situation;

2. Multi-loop power supply users need to charge high-reliability power supply fee: 0.38/0.22KV self-built standard: 220 yuan/KVA;

3. Temporary electricity users need to pay temporary electricity security deposit, which is 100 yuan /KVA for two years and 200 yuan /KVA for three years.

3. Preparation fee of power start-up plan: electricity consumption of non-residents: 100 yuan; Low-voltage power consumption: 200 yuan.

Fourth, users pay. Fifth, project construction. Sixth, the project is completed. Seventh, the project completion acceptance. Eighth, sign a power supply contract. Ninth, connect the electricity meter.
