The income distribution of the property is decided by all the owners.

Before the establishment of the owners' meeting and the owners' committee, according to the previous realty service contract, the realty service enterprise entrusted to operate the parts and facilities used by * * * can manage the public benefits of the community on its behalf. Article 10 When the clearly marked property service charging standard changes, the property management enterprise shall adjust the related contents one month before the implementation of the new standard, and indicate the effective date of the new standard.

Article 9 A property management enterprise shall provide services other than those stipulated in the property service contract upon the entrustment of the owner, and the charging standard shall be clearly indicated to the owner in an appropriate way after both parties agree.
