The property company can get your contact information by contacting the developer, so there are certain faults.

However, China stipulates that the validity period of civil creditor's rights is 2 years. Can negotiate with the property, or pay the full property fee, or only pay the last year and a half fees and late fees. The property belonging to the previous two years did not have the responsibility of timely notification, so it was not paid.

But then again, even if you have bought a house for several years, don't you know that you have to pay property fees? Does this need to be notified? Housing sales contracts should specify the standard of property fees.
