If the warranty period of the house exceeds the warranty period of the decoration, the owner and the decoration construction unit shall jointly bear the maintenance responsibility; If the quality warranty period and decoration warranty period of the housing construction project are exceeded, the owner shall bear the maintenance responsibility.

During the warranty period of decoration, the decoration company shall provide corresponding quality assurance services, and the maintenance expenses after the expiration of the warranty period shall be borne by the owner.
