Industry Committee raises property fees

The industry Committee is not allowed to charge property fees. Property fees shall be collected by the property service company. Owners can set up owners' meetings, elect owners' committees and decide on major issues within the building division. The owners' committee has no right to collect property fees, only the right to urge owners to pay within a time limit. Property management fees are fees charged by property management units for daily maintenance, repair and renovation services related to residents' lives.
