Brief introduction of the East Azur Excellence Plan

Excellence group is a cross-industry and cross-regional foreign investment group company approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Established on 1996, mainly engaged in real estate development, property management, real estate guarantee and other businesses. The group is headquartered in Zhuo Yue Building, Futian Central District, Shenzhen. In 2007, excellence group ranked among the top four industries in Shenzhen in the annual evaluation of real estate development enterprises by Shenzhen Bureau of Land and Resources.

Since 1992, Chairman Li Hua of excellence group has participated in real estate investment projects in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai and Hainan respectively. After more than ten years of development, excellence group has grown into a leading large-scale commercial and residential comprehensive real estate development group in China. By the beginning of 2008, the Group had developed more than 2 million square meters of real estate, with total assets approaching HK$10 billion. The representative products developed are: excellent commercial real estate series, excellent blue coast series and excellent city residence series. Among them, the excellent commercial real estate series is "China real estate CBD leading commercial real estate brand" and the Azur Coast series is "China real estate project brand value TOP 10", both of which have won many international and domestic awards.

In 2004, excellence group officially launched the brand strategy of the Group, and established the grand plan of "basing on Shenzhen, laying out the whole country, and striving to become a brand enterprise with sustainable development in China's real estate industry". From 2007 to 2008, excellence group paid more attention to value, advocated "the art of building value", and devoted itself to providing investors, customers, employees and partners with richer value returns and more distinctive brand personality.

The development of Shenzhen mainly includes high-end residential series represented by "Shenzhen Zhuoyue Port and Shenzhen Nanshan Azur Coast", and also involves the development of star-rated hotels and high-end office buildings (such as Zhuo Yue Building in the central area of Futian CBD).
