major duty

(a) the implementation of national and provincial and municipal health laws, regulations and policies, formulate local regulations, draft rules and policies and plans for the development of health undertakings in our city, and formulate and implement relevant standards and technical specifications. Make overall plans for the allocation of health resources and guide the preparation and implementation of regional health planning.

Formulate and organize the implementation of policies and measures to promote the equalization, generalization and convenience of basic public health services and the extension of public resources to the grassroots.

(two) to coordinate and promote the deepening of medical and health system reform in our city, and to study and put forward major principles, policies and measures to deepen the reform of medical and health system. Organize and deepen the comprehensive reform of public hospitals, promote the separation of management and operation, improve the modern hospital management system, formulate and organize the implementation of policies and measures to promote the diversification of health public service providers and methods, and put forward policy suggestions on medical services and drug prices.

(three) to formulate and organize the implementation of major disease prevention and control plans and intervention measures that seriously endanger people's health and public health problems, and organize the implementation of immunization programs. Responsible for health emergency work, organize and guide the prevention and control of public health emergencies and medical rescue of various public health emergencies.
