If the color difference is not big, does the property have the right to specify the window color?

In order to maintain the overall beauty and safety of the community, the property has the right to specify the color, appearance and opening direction of the windows. According to the Administrative Measures for Interior Decoration of Residential Buildings (No.1 10 of the Ministry of Construction of People's Republic of China (PRC)), the decorator must report to the property office, sign the decoration management service agreement, and abide by the relevant regulations of the property.
