What is a smart community?

Some high-rise projects, clubs and sports centers in wireless city have also applied building automation systems. For large communities, smart community is the basic platform for smart home operation. The state has a standard definition of intelligent community, and its main functions should be: electricity information collection, community distribution automation, power fiber to the home, intelligent electricity service interactive platform, grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system, electric vehicle charging pile management, smart home service, unified display platform, self-service payment terminal, centralized meter reading of water and gas meters, etc.

However, on the whole, most residential areas in China are still at a low level of science and technology, far from being fully intelligent, due to the huge differences in economic levels and residents' economic capabilities in different regions. Although all real estate developers are playing the card of intelligence, except for a few middle and high-grade residential areas, there are still many problems in general residential areas due to economic and technical reasons, which is far from the real intelligent construction.
