The possible situations and handling methods of the inspection operation include: those who sell dogs and cats or engage in foster care without a specific pet business license will be recorded on the spot, and a fine of NT$ 50,000 to NT$ 250,000 will be imposed according to Articles 22 and 25 of the Animal Protection Law, and improvement will be made within a time limit. If dogs and cats sold in this store suffer from diseases such as runny nose, tears, diarrhea, etc., and the store fails to give necessary medical treatment to the injured or sick animals, after on-site pathological and diagnostic reagent diagnosis, it is determined that the veterinarian of the animal protection department has violated the provisions of Item 1 1 of Article 65438 of the Animal Protection Law, and an order of persuasion will be issued on the spot, and improvement will be made within one week.
