3. Residents in the control area should stay at home in principle, and each household can arrange 1 person to buy daily necessities at the designated place on the premise of strict personal protection. 5. Advocate residents in the control area to implement "non-contact" distribution through online shopping, express delivery and take-away. And put the goods in the designated storage place, encourage villages to give full play to villagers' autonomy, set up convenience service points, and make overall arrangements for volunteer service.

6. In residential areas with property management, the property management unit shall implement epidemic prevention and control measures, reasonably set access control points according to the actual situation, and implement measures such as 24-hour duty and traffic management. Open communities and villages without property management are under the closed-loop control of their towns and villages.

Relevant towns and villages are required to strengthen care for the elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled in the closed control area and the control area, and provide basic living materials and on-site services for the elderly living alone, the disabled, pregnant women and other people with mobility difficulties.
