Is Huayu Group a state-owned enterprise?

Huayu Group is a limited liability company, not a state-owned enterprise.

Jilin Huayu Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huayu Group) was established in 1983 and 1995. Huayu Group consists of commercial groups, construction groups, real estate groups, property groups, financial holding groups and overseas companies. It is a large diversified group, an AAA credit enterprise of China Construction Bank and a top real estate 100 enterprise in China. There are six branches under Jilin Huayu Group Co., Ltd., Siping Huayu Property Management Co., Ltd., Siping Huayu Advertising Co., Ltd., Gongzhuling Huayu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Jilin Huayu Group Siping Renxing Commercial Building Co., Ltd. and Siping Huayu Business Hotel Co., Ltd.

State-owned enterprises refer to wholly state-owned enterprises, wholly state-owned companies and state-owned capital holding companies that the State Council and local people's governments perform the responsibilities of investors on behalf of the state respectively. As a form of production and operation organization, state-owned enterprises have both commercial and public welfare characteristics, and play a role in coordinating the development of all aspects of the national economy. The nature of state-owned enterprises is the nature of enterprises owned by the whole people. The so-called enterprises owned by the whole people are essentially enterprises whose means of production are owned by the whole people. The nature of enterprises owned by the whole people means that the means of production are owned by the whole people. Therefore, the nature of the so-called state-owned enterprises is essentially the nature that the means of production belong to all people and all enterprises. Although state-owned enterprises engage in production and business activities for profit, they also have non-profit purposes, or not for profit. State-owned enterprises should implement the national planned economic policy and undertake the national economic management function (regulating social economy).
