The subsidy policies for epidemic enterprises in 2022 are as follows:

1, during the epidemic period, the subsidy policy was mainly aimed at the medical expenses incurred by patients with pneumonia diagnosed in novel coronavirus. After the basic medical insurance, serious illness insurance and medical assistance are paid according to the regulations, the personal burden will be partially subsidized by the finance and comprehensive guarantee will be implemented;

2. On the basis of the preferential interest rate credit provided by the People's Bank of China's special refinancing support financial institutions, the central government will give discount support to the new epidemic prevention and control enterprise loans in 2022, and the discount period will not exceed 1 year;

3. For small and micro enterprises affected by the epidemic, government financing guarantee and re-guarantee institutions at all levels reduce the guarantee and re-guarantee rates and cancel the counter-guarantee requirements. For financing guarantee institutions and re-guarantee institutions in areas with severe epidemic, the national financing guarantee fund will charge re-guarantee fees by half. Enterprises can apply to the government financing guarantee institutions that cooperate with them.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Article 7

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.

Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
