2. Certificate of legal representative (original);

3. Power of attorney of legal person (original);

5. The original and photocopy of the business license of the enterprise (the photocopy is stamped with the official seal);

6. Original and photocopy of qualification certificate (original);

7 property management service contract (copy);

8. Labor contracts for employees employed by property enterprises; Intermediate or above professional title certificate of engineering, economy, technology and other related majors (at least 5 people) and professional qualification certificate of property management professionals (at least 10) (copy);
