First of all, I am clear that I am also a property management practitioner; At the same time, I am also the owner. To answer this question, we can talk from several aspects:

1. As the owner, why do you feel unwilling to pay the property management fee?

There are many owners who have resistance to property fees. Many residential buildings have gone wave after wave, which is a common phenomenon. General owners have the following psychological attitudes towards property, which leads to their reluctance to pay property fees.

First, the property fee is worthless, but it provides huge profits for the property. Many properties employ several old people as security guards and several old ladies as cleaners. I now live in a small apartment community with the lowest level of property management. There are several reasons why owners are unwilling to pay property fees.

At the beginning, my friend bought the largest real estate in the local area, so many people bought it because it was big, because on the surface, it was the best in terms of residents, real estate positioning, green area, software and hardware facilities and so on. However, many people find that the property requirements are too unreasonable after buying a house.

The main reason is that owners pay property fees on time every year, but they can't get the same service. As a service industry, property companies have imperfect elimination mechanism, opaque introduction mechanism and non-monitoring pricing mechanism.
