I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

Second, registration and qualification examination

(1) Registration

Applicants must use the second-generation ID card to register, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. Applicants who maliciously register registration information, disturb the registration order or forge academic credentials and other relevant documents to obtain the qualification for the examination, once verified, shall be disqualified from the examination by the competent recruitment department of the municipal institution, and shall not apply for the examination of the municipal institution within five years.

2. Preliminary examination of the unit: the recruiting unit designates a special person to be responsible for the preliminary examination of the qualification, check the online registration of the unit during the registration period, conduct qualification examination according to the information submitted by the candidates, and determine the preliminary examination results. (2) Qualification examination

Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Candidates who intend to enter the interview shall submit their relevant certification materials, the Registration Form for Open Recruiters of Public Institutions in Qingdao and the Commitment Letter for Credibility of Staff of Public Institutions to the recruiting unit according to the post requirements. The relevant certification materials mainly include: the second-generation ID card, the employment recommendation form issued by the school, the employment agreement (the online signing of colleges and universities in Shandong Province does not require an employment agreement), and the qualification certificate required for applying for the post. The content of the comprehensive examination is public basic knowledge, including laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current political policies, scientific and technological knowledge, provincial conditions and other basic knowledge and comprehensive writing; The contents of the health examination are the basic knowledge of public health and the basic knowledge of medical and health specialty, accounting for 30% and 70% of the whole examination results respectively. Professional basic knowledge is set in five categories: medical treatment, pharmacy, laboratory, traditional Chinese medicine and nursing. The content of education examination consists of public education basic knowledge and teaching basic knowledge (including pedagogy, psychology knowledge and professional knowledge), which account for 30% and 70% of the whole examination results respectively. The written test uses a percentage system to calculate candidates' scores. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the written test has set a minimum qualified score line.
