Provisions on the Administration of Property Decoration Time

During the period from May/KLOC-0 to September 30th, from 7: 00 a.m. to afternoon 1: 30, and from 2: 00 p.m. to 6: 00 p.m., noisy decoration work is prohibited at noon. 1 October1day to April 30th of the following year, from 7: 30 am to 1 1: 30, and from 1: 00 to 6: 00 in the afternoon, noisy decoration work is prohibited. On legal rest days and holidays, as well as working days from 12 to 14 and 18 to 8: 00 the next day, no noise-producing decoration work shall be carried out in the used house.

Legal basis: Article 937 of the General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the State Code Law.

How long will the property decoration deposit be refunded?

After the renovation, the deposit can be returned to the property management office with the original receipt.
