Railway in Ganquanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone

Has Lanzhou-Xinjiang double-track railway, Jingyihuo railway, Urumqi-Jinghe double-track railway, Kuitun-Karamay-Beitun railway and Turpan-Korla railway; With the gradual completion of Korla-Golmud, Kashi-Hotan, Hami-He Lin, Urumqi-Jiayuguan, Korla-Aksu double track, Kashi-Hotan, Zhongjiwu International Railway, Harlem (Hami-Zeke), Horgos International Passage, Urumqi-Alashankou double track, East Tianshan branch line, Qingxin Railway and a special coal transportation line connecting east and west, Xinjiang can be formed. Externally, it can connect the east and west great basin railway loops, and Urumqi will become a bridgehead and hub connecting Eurasia and sea-rail multimodal transport, with one end facing the Pacific Ocean to the east and the other end facing the Atlantic Ocean to the west through the hinterland of Eurasia.

Specific to the project area, the branch line of Xiaohuangshan-Dahuangshan Railway passes through the south of the planned industrial park, and Urumqi Railway Bureau plans to expand the branch line. The original intention of railway construction and the main task at present are to transport coal from Dahuangshan and Xiaohuangshan coal mines for Bayi Steel. Urumqi Railway Bureau has drawn up a capacity expansion plan for this branch line, and plans to build a railway freight marshalling station in northern Xinjiang on the basis of existing small stations along the way. In 2009, the transportation capacity will increase from 2.5 million tons to 4 million tons, and Urumqi East Railway Station (freight station) will move eastward here. In addition, the Urumqi-Midong-Fukang-Yiwu-Hami railway freight line has also started construction.

The freight yard construction of Ganquanbao Railway Station and the reconstruction project of Midong section of Wuhan-Jiangxi Railway, with a total investment of 1. 1 100 million yuan invested by Xinjiang Asia-Europe Railway Diversified Operation Base Development Center, have been completed, and the freight yard construction of Ganquanbao Railway Station has completed the preliminary examination procedures, and preparations are being stepped up.

At present, the 22-kilometer railway branch line from Ganquanbao Railway Station of Urumqi-Zhun Railway to Shenhua Company of Heavy Chemical Industry Park in Ganquanbao Industrial Zone has started construction. The 4.4 km branch line of Xinjiang Teba Silicon Industry and Zhonghe Co., Ltd. in Weijiaquan-Ganquanbao High-tech Industrial Park of Xiaohuangshan Railway has been reported for construction. There are special railway lines such as Yankuang Coal Chemical Industry Park and Heavy Chemical Industry Park, which will be started on 20 1 1, bringing the total number of special railway lines in Ganquanbao Industrial Park to five.

Bohai Drilling Project is located in the south area of Ganquanbao Industrial Park, which can make full use of most empty cars returned by the large and small Huangshan Railway from Bagang, transport the required steel from Bagang to the freight station at the southern end of the park, and group it along the special coal chemical industry line of Yankuang to enter the factory.

In the park, the construction of the Wu-Zhun Railway started on June 5438+065438+1October 55438+05, 2007, starting from Wubei Station, a branch line of the Northern Xinjiang Railway, and passing through Urumqi and Fukang to Beisantai, Wucaiwan, Zhundong, Jiangjunmiao, Beishan and Dongdi, with a total length of about 393 kilometers. The first phase of the project will be opened to traffic in 2009.

In 2009, the State Council officially approved the construction of the second double line of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway (originally planned to start on August 25th). The total investment of the project is estimated to be143.5 billion yuan, and the total length of the line is 1776 km. * * There are 3 1 station, and the railway grade is Grade I. It is designed and reserved according to the newly-built * * line railway with a speed of 200 kilometers per hour. At the same time, the existing Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway will be comprehensively transformed. After the completion of the two projects, the planned transportation capacity of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway is: freight 350 million t/ year and passenger 40 million t/ year. Urumqi Railway Station of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway is planned to be located in Midong New District, only 30 kilometers away from Ganquanbao Industrial Zone, and it is planned to extend to Ganquanbao Industrial Zone.
