There are several stray dogs, large and small, in the community, which is very scary. Which department is in charge?

There is no clear person in charge in the community, and there is no specific way to take the property. The property can report to the local public security department for help.

Article 11 of the Regulations on Dog Breeding Management? The public security organ shall perform the following duties:

(a) for dog registration and annual examination;

(two) the establishment of dog management and service electronic information system, to achieve information sharing between relevant departments, to provide dog information services for the public;

(three) responsible for the handling, confiscation, inspection and handling of illegal dog raising;

(four) to investigate and deal with public security cases caused by dogs disturbing people and hurting people;

(5) killing rabies;

(6) Accepting and handling reports and complaints about illegal dog keeping;

(seven) other duties that should be performed according to law.

Article 12? Urban management administrative law enforcement departments shall perform the following duties:

(a) to investigate and deal with the dog-raising behavior that affects the city appearance and environmental sanitation;

(two) responsible for the management of dog detention center;

(three) responsible for the timely capture of stray dogs and send them to the detention center;

(4) Taking in abandoned dogs and carrying out harmless treatment on their carcasses;

(five) to investigate and deal with the illegal sale of dogs;

(six) other duties that should be performed according to law.
