What does a property manager do?

(1) According to the plan, study and formulate the comprehensive development and utilization plan of public facilities in the jurisdiction;

(2) Maintain and manage the facilities such as houses, water, electricity, gas and fire protection within the jurisdiction, organize maintenance personnel to repair the faults found, and negotiate with relevant departments on matters such as public facilities;

(three) arrange relevant personnel to provide security services for the area;

(4) Arrange relevant personnel to carry out environmental sanitation, greening and beautification of the area and carry out cultural construction of the area;

(5) Handling emergencies within its jurisdiction;

(6) Provide other comprehensive services for residents and employers according to the contract.
