I. General requirements

In five years, the province will popularize the knowledge of e-commerce by 654.38+million person-times, train e-commerce professionals180,000 person-times, and train e-commerce senior talents by 20,000 person-times, and strive to form a regional competitive advantage in the composition, quality, management and service of e-commerce talents in our province, enhance the competitiveness of e-commerce industry in our province, promote the construction and development of e-commerce service clusters in our province, and provide professional support for the rapid development of e-commerce.
Second, the main task
(A) e-commerce knowledge popularization training (6,543,800+person-times)
1. Training objective: Through training, students can constantly update the knowledge structure of e-commerce and form a deep understanding of the application status, innovation mode and latest development trend of e-commerce; Guide traditional enterprises to change their business philosophy, adapt to the new business model, and use e-commerce to transform and upgrade to enhance their competitiveness.
2. Training targets: mainly the relevant cadres of the competent commercial departments at all levels in the province, the heads of key parks, the heads of relevant enterprises and management cadres above the middle level.
3. Training content: The main courses include e-commerce overview, basic knowledge, safety knowledge, enterprise services, policy formulation and related laws and regulations, e-commerce innovation model, development trend, and traditional enterprise e-commerce transformation.
4. According to the demand of e-commerce development in Fujian province for professionals, we will focus on cultivating e-commerce professionals in two fields and six directions.

2. Training objects: mainly social people with college education or above; Social people with vocational high school and equivalent education and engaged in this occupation 1 year or above; Students from various colleges and universities.
3. Training content:
(1) domestic e-commerce field. According to the requirements of national e-commerce professional qualification certification (e-commerce, assistant e-commerce and e-commerce), the training is divided into six directions: network customer service, art design, operation promotion, website construction, warehousing and logistics management and supply chain management.
(2) the field of international e-commerce. This is specialized in training professionals engaged in cross-border electronic commerce, which can be divided into B2B and B2C foreign trade. Third, specific measures.
With the implementation of the "e-commerce education project" as the starting point, we will actively carry out the training of e-commerce talents at all levels needed by business system managers and enterprises in our province.
