There are two kinds of security guard certificates: the security guard post certificate issued by the Ministry of Public Security and the security guard professional qualification certificate issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Security guards will be managed in five levels, namely: junior security guards, intermediate security guards, senior security guards, junior security guards and senior security guards.

Article 90 Employees of production and business operation entities who disobey management and violate safety production rules and regulations or operating rules shall be criticized and educated by the production and business operation entities and punished in accordance with relevant rules and regulations; If a serious accident is caused and a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law.

In addition, for those who engage in special operations without training and assessment, Article 62 of the Regulations on the Administration of Work Safety in Construction Projects stipulates administrative penalties; If a major safety accident is caused, which constitutes a crime, the person directly responsible shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law.
