Hou Zhenyu, President of Guangxi Anhui Chamber of Commerce-Hou Zhenyu

Born in 1968, Hou Zhenyu graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University and China Europe International Business School with an MBA. 1994 to Nanning, served as deputy general manager of Beihai Sanyuan Property Development Co., Ltd. and general manager of Nanning Sanyuan Real Estate Development Company. He has presided over the development of Langdong CCB base, the construction of the second bridge south housing project and the construction of ternary medium density fiberboard. 1Established Nanning Jinyin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. as the chairman at the end of 1996. Mr. Hou Zhenyu not only devoted himself to the construction of Nanning, but also paid long-term attention to and studied the economic development of southwest China, especially Guangxi. He used to work in a comprehensive development research institute known as China Brain Bank, and he had unique views on economic research. Since August 2002, he has served as the president of Southwest Branch of Comprehensive Development Research Institute, and founded Quick Reference Brain Bank, Viewpoint Brain Bank and Core Brain Bank Report, providing decision-making reference for party committees and governments at all levels, researching and writing more than 60 research reports on the development of Guangxi and Nanning, publishing 4 monographs, and undertaking a number of major decision-making research topics of party committees and governments in autonomous regions. In 2006, he became the academic leader of China-ASEAN cooperation strategic planning and decision-making talent base in Guangxi. Hou Zhenyu has been successively employed as a consultant of Guangxi Real Estate Association, a representative of Nanning Municipal People's Congress, a member of the Standing Committee of Chongzuo Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, an advanced producer (worker) in Nanning, ten outstanding private owners in Nanning, ten outstanding private entrepreneurs in Yongning County, an outstanding contributor to Guangxi real estate, and the man of the year in Guangxi real estate.
