(2) The property buyers signed the commercial housing sales contract after August 1 2008, and purchased the houses that obtained the pre-sale permit of commercial housing before February 1 2008. The deposit standard of the first maintenance fund is 40 yuan per square meter of residential (including villa) construction area and 50 yuan per square meter of non-residential construction area.

(3) If the buyer signed the commercial housing sales contract after August 1 2008, and the purchased house obtained the pre-sale permit of commercial housing after February 1 2008, or if the buyer signed the commercial housing sales contract after August 1 2008, and the initial registration of property rights has been completed, the deposit standard of the first maintenance fund is high-rise building (with elevator). Independent non-residential properties can refer to the standard of depositing maintenance funds for high-rise (elevator) houses.
