Why is Huaide Village so rich?

In the mid-1980s, Huaide Village received 30 million yuan of land acquisition compensation from Shenzhen Airport. Many villagers want to share the money, but the village Committee wants to put precious funds into reproduction, so that the collective economy can develop in the long run.

As a result, village cadres went door-to-door to work, and finally got everyone's consent, and built Cuigang No.1 Industrial Zone with compensation of 47,000 square meters, which was a key step for attracting investment later.

Huaide Village is Fuyong's "First Dividend Village" and is known as Shenzhen's first rich village. In the past 30 years, there has been no mistake in the collective investment projects in this village. Huaide Village is located in the central area of Fuyong Street, covering an area of 4.6 square kilometers.

In 20 10, Huaide independently invested and hired experts in transportation, planning, design and other fields to prepare the master plan of Huaide. It is planned to use 15 to plan and develop the land of 1 square kilometer as a whole, so as to build a "Huaide City" integrating aviation logistics, business services, advanced airport manufacturing and living functions in the northeast of Airport New Town.

Today, there are 38 community joint-stock cooperative companies in Fuyong Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, where Huaide Village is located, including 3 with total assets exceeding 65.438 billion yuan. The first auction of agricultural land in the country and the first hammer of online transaction of community bulk property were born in Fuyong.
