Plan Report of Expert Review Meeting on Model House Decoration of Resettlement Housing

It's been a busy time. As a designer, I am mainly responsible for preparing the planning book and the brief report of 15 minutes. The last expert review was in June 1 17, and this expert review is more important and sacred, because we don't know who the experts are and what they will mention. The materials prepared are mainly based on the completed sample rooms and expert review cases of other projects before.

? The proposal of about 120 pages has been continuously revised for more than one month, starting from 17. Because I participated in this project relatively late (I officially participated on April 20, 2008), I originally arranged for Mr. Zhang to give a lecture on the proposal, but because Mr. Zhang didn't come for more than two months, he pushed it to me. The ppt proposal is mine. Speaking in public is my weakness. I'm afraid I can't speak well. After all, I have never experienced an expert review meeting, and Party A attaches great importance to this expert review meeting. ? Although I really want to pass it on to others, I am always encouraged to say that a designer must learn to report the plan and report it to the mayor later. For me, the last report plan was the investment promotion center in Aegean Sea, which was a little experience. If we push forward, I also reported it once 7-8 years ago. Later, when I was doing the project, I didn't report the plan. I gave up psychologically, but I made ppt, and no one could choose it. I can only drive the ducks to the shelves and force myself.

? At 3: 30 on Saturday afternoon, I'm going to the developer's office for a pre-exhibition. 10 is always required to install Tencent conference in the morning. I will give them a preview with general manager Zhang and other four people and give them advice. With a nervous mood and a little experience accumulated before, I spoke intermittently. After I finished, I was completely at a loss. I always said that what I said was ok, and I also mentioned some precautions. After I finished, I quickly adjusted the drawings on the plan book. It's about time. It takes about an hour and a half to drive on the road.

? On Saturday, June 6th, 2020, at 3: 30pm, in the conference room 3 14 of Xishanhui, the program book will make a speech in advance, and the program in the public area will be reported. Gong Zheng presided over the meeting, and the chairman suggested that we choose important places, talk about the plan report of the public area first, and then read the plan book of the expert review meeting. The chairman made some suggestions on public areas, but they were not finalized. We need to go back and adjust the drawings according to our opinions, and we have made some preparations for the review meeting so that Gong Zheng can sit next to me and help. And arrange a meeting at 2 pm next Monday to continue discussing these issues. This time I finished writing a real preliminary report, and I felt very relaxed after writing it. Maybe fear is just fear itself. When you really face him, you won't be so afraid.

? On Monday, June 8, 2020, at 2: 00 p.m., Xishanhui 3 14 conference room, as if it were the same as last Saturday. But this time, the developer organized more people to attend the meeting, including company management, general contractor, supervisor and property management. I first reported the plan for the public area, and all parties discussed some details, such as adding a display screen, wavy lines and ceiling in the elevator hall on the first floor. The elevator hall on the standard floor has determined a simple scheme, and the drawings of public areas will be revised again. We read the expert plan again and put forward some opinions on the spot, which obviously felt the importance attached to this expert review meeting. After this report, my confidence has greatly increased, and I feel that reporting is so much.

? Wednesday, June, 2020 10, at 3: 730 p.m. in the conference room, we always went together when we drove to pick it up. The meeting was postponed because we browsed at home in the morning. It was already 2: 56 when we arrived, and the expert leader had not arrived yet. The whole conference room was full of people. Three experts attended the meeting, namely, District Housing Construction Committee, Collection Office, Shed Reform Office, Housing Security Office, Building Materials Office and Quality Office. The process of the meeting is to briefly introduce the project, then visit four model rooms of two plots, and then return to the conference room. I will introduce the general contents of the plan in about 15 minutes, and then ask questions from experts in about 15 minutes, and then the private sector will withdraw, and the experts will discuss with relevant departments and write their opinions on paper. In the expert questioning session, many questions were raised in the model room, which made everyone a little sweaty. At that time, I felt that I might not be able to pass, and there were many problems that needed to be rectified. In addition, any correction must pay a huge price. More importantly, the construction period does not allow large-scale rectification. After we went out, we waited for over an hour. We were not allowed in until the experts filled out the evaluation form. Relevant personnel read out expert opinions, which were approved in principle, and also put forward many problems that need to be rectified. For me, 15 minute report is just right.

? People sometimes need to push themselves to make greater progress. If they want to be what they want to be, they must constantly challenge, just like driving a car. Before they learned to drive, they always thought it was terrible to drive on the road. They feel the same way when they really drive on the road. They will like driving if they drive more, and so will speeches and reports. Only by facing up to the problem can they overcome their fears. Constant challenges can continue to grow.
