What is the responsibility of the property to pay the parking management fee after buying a parking space?

According to the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on Cancelling and Stopping the Collection of 100 Administrative Fees (Caizong No.200878), the project quality supervision fee and the project quota measurement fee will be cancelled nationwide from 2009. Therefore, the current construction management fee does not include the project quality supervision fee.
