1. Time limit for applying for Grade I qualification of property management enterprises: Grade I qualification shall be completed within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application and submitted to the Ministry of Construction.

2. Time limit for handling the second-level qualification of property management enterprises: 20 days from the date of receiving the preliminary examination opinions and complete materials.
