Can people who work in a property management company apply for a first-class fire engineer?

If you work in a property management company, you can apply for a first-class fire engineer, but only if you meet the requirements for a first-class fire engineer.

Conditions for applying for a first-class fire engineer:

1, obtained a junior college degree in fire engineering, and worked for 6 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a college degree in fire engineering related major (see annex, the same below), and have worked for 7 years, including 5 years in fire safety technology.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in fire engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a bachelor's degree in fire engineering related major, and have worked for 5 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology.

3. Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in fire engineering, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology; Or graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in fire engineering, and worked for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology.

4. Obtain a master's degree or degree in fire engineering, and have worked for 2 years, including fire safety technology 1 year; Or obtain a master's degree or postgraduate degree in fire engineering, and have worked for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology.

5. Obtain a doctorate or degree in fire engineering, and have been engaged in fire safety technology for 1 year; Or obtain a doctorate or degree in fire engineering and have been engaged in fire safety technology for 2 years.

6. Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in other majors will have their working years and working years in fire safety technology increased by 1 year.
