Second, the post, conditions and treatment

Person in charge of the project site (Grade II): 7 persons, majoring in water conservancy, municipal highway and other related majors. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience; College degree and above 65,438+00 work experience, technical secondary school degree and above 65,438+05 work experience, with a monthly salary of 6,000 yuan (except for the five insurances, and according to the relevant regulations of Chaohu City);

Bachelor degree or above and more than 3 years working experience, junior college degree and more than 5 years working experience, technical secondary school degree and 10 years working experience, with a monthly salary of 3,500 yuan (except for the five insurances, which shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of Chaohu City).

The rent and transportation expenses paid by people outside Chaohu City are 1 1,000 yuan/month (verified by investigation).

Third, the recruitment requirements

Fourth, the recruitment method.

Recruitment adopts a combination of qualification examination, interview and assessment. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the qualified applicants will be interviewed. The interview is conducted in the form of on-site defense, with a full score of 100, and a qualified score of 60, which mainly tests the comprehensive quality, ability and practical work experience of the candidate. After the interview, according to the order of interview results from high to low, the finalists are determined in the proportion of 1: 1. The assessment mainly includes political performance, behavioral performance, honest performance and the ability to adapt to the post. Those who pass the examination shall provide the recent (within half a year) physical examination certificate, and the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by individuals.

If there are vacancies due to unqualified examination or physical examination, they will be filled in equal amounts in the order of interview results from high to low. Those who pass the examination and physical examination are determined to be the persons to be employed and sign labor contracts.
