On legal rest days, holidays and working days 12 to 14, 18 to 8: 00 the next day, it is forbidden to carry out noise decoration and other nuisance operations in completed and delivered residential buildings;

The state stipulates that the decoration time is:

1. The normal renovation time of residential areas stipulated by the state is from 8: 00 am to 12 pm and from 2: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm on weekdays. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, rest is carried out on legal holidays, and noise interference in decoration needs to bear corresponding civil liability.

2. According to national regulations, decoration is not allowed during legal holidays. If it needs to be renovated during the statutory holidays, it must be quietly renovated. You can stick tiles or do some other quiet decoration work without disturbing the people. If it disturbs the people, the owner has the right to complain and will be fined not less than 500 yuan.

3. When decorating, you'd better do some sound insulation measures. Some neighbors have a big temper. If we integrate other neighbors while decorating the noise, it is very likely that there will be any conflict in the quarrel.

4. According to strict construction regulations, doors and windows must be closed during decoration, so that noise interference can be carried out to a certain extent. You can also use some soundproofing machines to sound insulation, and spread cotton cloth on the ground, which can also reduce certain effects.

If the neighbor's decoration disturbs the people, let's not complain in a hurry. We can communicate at home. If the neighbor refuses, we can call the police for mediation at this time.

To sum up, it is stipulated that the construction time of the site is: 06: 00 ~12: 00 ~14: 00 ~ 22: 00. During the construction, the ambient noise at the site boundary is not more than 70 decibels during the day and 55 decibels at night. Construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution shall not be carried out at night, except for emergency repair, emergency rescue operations and production process requirements or special needs.

Article 30

In areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated in cities, it is forbidden to carry out construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution at night, except for emergency repair operations and continuous operations due to production process requirements or special needs.

If continuous operation is necessary due to special needs, there must be a certificate from the people's government at or above the county level or its relevant competent department.

Night operations as mentioned in the preceding paragraph must be announced to nearby residents.
