(a) all enterprises and institutions engaged in real estate development, operation and management in our district and obtained the qualification certificate of the national or autonomous region construction department, such as real estate development, evaluation, brokerage, consulting, property management, termites, demolition, etc. , and the relevant units that are enthusiastic about the real estate industry voluntarily fulfill the registration procedures, that is, the unit members of Guangxi Real Estate Association. During my tenure as a member of Guangxi Real Estate Association, if the unit situation changes, I need to report the basic situation in time according to the contact management system of Guangxi Real Estate Association.

(2) After applying for registration, the certified personnel who have obtained the qualifications of national registered real estate appraisers and real estate brokers in our district, as well as other people who are enthusiastic about the real estate industry, voluntarily fulfill the registration procedures, that is, individual members of Guangxi Real Estate Association. As an individual member of Guangxi Real Estate Association, if the personal situation changes, it is necessary to report the basic situation in time according to the contact management system of Guangxi Real Estate Association.

Two. Membership registration and management:

All relevant units voluntarily perform membership registration procedures according to the articles of association and articles of association.

(1) The secretariat of Guangxi Real Estate Association is responsible for the management of members in the whole region, and members are subordinate to various professional committees according to their professional nature. At the same time, all professional committees have the obligation to actively develop members for the association and urge the payment of membership fees.

(2) Each member of Guangxi Real Estate Association shall make a plaque and issue it to the members of Guangxi Real Estate Association and their membership cards.

(3) If the municipal housing societies and the member units of the municipal housing societies want to become members of the Guangxi Real Estate Association, they can fulfill the membership procedures on a voluntary basis, fulfill their membership obligations and enjoy the membership treatment after becoming members of our Association.

In order to improve the cohesion of the association and better serve the industry and members, according to the articles of association of Guangxi Real Estate Association, all members of Guangxi Housing Society can enjoy the following preferential treatment.

(six), give priority to participate in the domestic and foreign visits organized by the association and domestic and foreign real estate technical information, information exchange, product promotion and exhibition investment activities, and introduce new real estate materials and technologies to members free of charge;

(seven) to build a bridge between members and majors, introduce excellent property management companies at home and abroad for the real estate developed by member units free of charge, and provide information for members to undertake property management and intermediary service projects and introduce qualified talents;

(eight), give priority to apply for the qualification and annual inspection procedures of member units, and assist in the practice, qualification registration, annual inspection and post certificate re-examination of individual members. , free of charge (the charge is paid by yourself).

Four, member units set up liaison officers to strengthen communication:

In order to improve the management mechanism of the members of the association, strengthen the information communication between the association and the member units, and build a good two-way communication channel, each member unit is required to designate one person as the liaison of the member units of Guangxi Real Estate Association.

(1) The Measures for the Administration of Liaison Officers of Member Units of Guangxi Real Estate Association shall be supervised and implemented by the President, Secretary-General and leaders of various departments. The association shall designate a special person to be responsible for the management and liaison of its members, whose duties are: to be responsible for the daily maintenance and update of members' information and files; To send the notice of various information publications and documents of the Association to the member units; Regularly communicate with the liaison officers of member units, collect opinions or problems reflected by member units, report to the leaders of the association in time and feed back to member units; Do a good job in the collection of membership dues of the association; All information management of each member unit shall strictly abide by the confidentiality system of the association and shall not be disclosed to the outside world.

(two) the implementation of these measures requires the cooperation of member units. Each member company shall designate a 1 liaison person, who shall be responsible for reporting the basic information of members and exchanging information. The work of this liaison should be relatively stable. It is recommended to recommend an office director or corresponding staff member who has certain communication skills and can play a connecting role in the unit. Responsibilities of liaison officer: Responsible for the daily liaison between the unit and Guangxi Real Estate Association; Be responsible for updating and reporting the basic information files of the unit; Consult the real estate industry with the association for help; Receive all kinds of information publications and notification documents sent by the association; Put forward work opinions to the association on behalf of member units; Please ask the leaders to arrange for timely payment of membership fees.

(three) the specific measures to establish the basic information file update system of member units:

1. The Association uniformly issued the Registration Form of Basic Information of Member Units of Guangxi Real Estate Association (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form), which was distributed to member units at the beginning of the implementation of these Measures, and the liaison officers of each member unit were responsible for filling it out, and after affixing the official seal of the unit, it was submitted to the secretariat of the Association within 15 working days.

2. If there are no special circumstances, the liaison officer of the Association shall examine and approve the basic information of the member units put on record by the Association once every quarter. When the basic information of a member unit changes, the liaison officer of the member unit shall submit the latest information to the Association within 15 working days after the basic information of the member unit changes, that is, add, delete and modify the original information, fill in the new registration form and affix the official seal to submit it to the Association by fax or e-mail, so as to ensure the smooth communication channels between the Association and the member units.

4. If the basic situation of the member units has not changed, the liaison officers of the member units do not need to report it, and the liaison officers of the Association will keep in touch with you on their own initiative.

5. If the basic information of the member units is not fully reported, resulting in poor communication with the Association and untimely information feedback, the liaison officers of the member units should take the initiative to contact the Association in time, and the Association will continue to communicate with the member units.

(4) Guangxi Real Estate Association will evaluate the liaison officers of member units every year in the future, and commend outstanding liaison officers who have made outstanding achievements in information communication.

(5) The Association will dynamically manage the basic information files of its members and contact the liaison officers of each member unit in time. Considering the timeliness requirements of member units to convey information to the association, the association will use network shortcuts such as e-mail in some information transmission work to convey information to member units as quickly as possible.

(6) When it is necessary to make extensive contact with member units in the work, every staff member of the Association has the obligation to actively assist and be responsible for the division of labor, so as to complete the work of the Association.

(1) Each professional committee has the right to independently develop members and conduct daily supervision and management of members according to the articles of association or work regulations.

(2) The professional committees are responsible for conveying the relevant documents and meeting spirit of Guangxi Real Estate Association to members, independently carrying out various activities, and assisting the District Housing Association in industry management, business training and re-examination of certificate registration.

(3) The professional committee has the right to truthfully report the situation to Guangxi Real Estate Association, and put forward punishment opinions for members who violate the articles of association, relevant policies and regulations, fail to observe professional ethics, and default in membership dues.
