In order to encourage property service enterprises or other management units to actively report the hidden dangers of fire control facilities and equipment found in the investigation to the fire department, the Notice stipulates that those who actively report the hidden dangers of fire control safety before the end of 2018/kloc-0 and actively rectify them may be given a lighter or exempted punishment according to relevant regulations and actual conditions. Among them, the renovation cost of fire protection facilities and equipment in commercial housing (including the cost of testing, maintenance and renovation) shall be borne by the construction unit during the warranty period; The use of residential special maintenance funds at the expiration of the warranty period, such as the lack of residential special maintenance funds or the establishment of residential special maintenance funds, shall be borne by the relevant owners themselves, and shall be shared according to the proportion of their respective property construction areas.
