Holiday construction time

Holiday decoration construction time is stipulated as follows:

1, legal rest days, holidays, working days 12 to 14, 18 to 8: 00 the next day, it is forbidden to carry out noise-causing decoration and other nuisance operations in the completed residential buildings;

2. Some residential property management regulations specify the construction time. The renovation time of ordinary residential quarters is from Monday to Friday, from 9: 00 am to afternoon 12, and from afternoon 14 to 17: 30. In some loosely managed communities, construction can be carried out without noise on Saturday, and construction is not allowed on Sunday unless it is an undelivered community. If there are owners who decorate and construct on holidays or weekends, they can complain to the property management office and ask them to stop construction when construction is prohibited. Residential property management departments have the right to protect the legitimate rights and interests of owners. Under what circumstances will I be fined?

When carrying out indoor decoration activities in residential buildings that have been completed and delivered for use, the operation time should be limited and other effective measures should be taken to reduce and avoid environmental noise pollution to surrounding residents. Night operations as mentioned in the preceding paragraph must be announced to nearby residents. In urban noise-sensitive buildings concentrated areas, commercial enterprises that cause environmental noise pollution due to the use of fixed equipment in their business activities must, in accordance with the provisions of the competent department of ecological environment of the State Council, report to the competent department of ecological environment of the local people's government at or above the county level the status of the equipment that causes environmental noise pollution and the facilities for preventing and controlling environmental noise pollution. Article 56 Where a construction unit, in violation of the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 30 of this Law, carries out construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution at night in areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated in urban areas, the competent department of ecological environment of the local people's government at or above the county level where the project is located shall order it to make corrections and may also impose a fine.

To sum up, on legal rest days, holidays, working days from 12 to 14 and 18 to 8: 00 the next day, it is forbidden to carry out decoration and other operations that cause noise interference in completed residential buildings.
