To buy a commercial and residential dual-use house, you need to know the difference between it and the house first.

The differences between apartments and commercial houses are as follows:

1. Property right: 70 years for residential property and 40 years for apartment property.

2. Architectural structure: residential buildings are slab buildings, and apartments are generally towers.

3. In terms of use cost: residential water and electricity are for civil use, while apartment water and electricity are for commercial use, which is relatively high.

4. The cost of ownership: the residential property fee is much lower than that of the apartment. General residence 2 yuan/m2/month or so, apartment 3.5 yuan/m2/month+.
