First, create a selection object.

Fufeng Real Estate's projects: owners with courtyards on the first floor of five residential areas, namely, Junan-Fufeng International, Junan-Hanlin Huafu, Junan-Times City, Linyi-Kangqiao County and Linyi-Dacheng County, are willing to participate in the family created by "beautiful courtyards" and have registered through the property service centers of various projects.

Second, create evaluation requirements.

1. Have a high awareness of environmental sanitation, support the environmental improvement work of Fufeng Property, and be able to consciously clean the courtyard sanitation.

2. After cleaning, the courtyard should be clean and tidy inside and outside, free from sundries, sanitary dead corners and littering, purified, green and beautified, with a clean visual sense. (rural necessities, materials needed for house repair and means of production that really need to be piled up are classified according to types and neatly packed. )

3. Free-range poultry and livestock that do not affect environmental sanitation.

4. There are plants in and around the courtyard, with reasonable layout, beautiful greening and overall visual comfort.

5. If there is a house for rent, assume the responsibility of the landlord, urge the lessee to do a good job in the sanitation of the courtyard and surrounding environment, and do not rent the house to the "broken king".

Third, the appraisal procedure.

1. Publicity stage (July): All projects widely publicize the selection criteria and requirements for the creation of "Beautiful Courtyard" and widely mobilize families to participate in the selection activities. Identify and report to 10-20 households to create families, and provide at least four photos of the courtyard panorama, front, back and periphery before creation.

2. Centralized cleaning stage (July-August): Start to create families to clean up the sanitary dead corners, disorderly piles and structures in the courtyard, in front of and behind the house, and families with conditions can beautify and decorate the park.

3. Selection and assessment stage (early September): Report the situation after the renovation of the established family in the form of photos (4 photos with the same angle as before the renovation and 2 photos of the highlights of the renovation are required), and pre-select the established family in the form of PPT for each project, and select the "most beautiful courtyard" shortlisted family. The selection team (the person in charge of each functional office of the property management company and the project department) conducts on-the-spot investigation, photo-taking, assessment and scoring on the shortlisted families, and selects 1 "the most beautiful courtyard" for each project, and publicizes the families selected as "the most beautiful courtyard" in each project, and accepts the supervision of the owner.

4. Commendation and award stage (late September): Through recommendation, primary selection, on-site assessment and publicity, 1 household was selected for each project, and 5 households were counted as "the most beautiful quadrangles", and the medal of "the most beautiful quadrangles" was hung, and each household was awarded 200 yuan; Two households will be selected for each project, of which "the most beautiful quadrangle finalist award" 10 households, and each household will be rewarded with 100 yuan (the prize will not be repeated).

Fourth, long-term management.

1. Make a dynamic evaluation of "Beautiful Courtyard". From time to time, the members of the selection team conduct spot checks on the families that have won the "most beautiful quadrangles" and "beautiful quadrangles". If they find that the sanitary conditions are deteriorating and the disorderly construction does not meet the standards, they will immediately remind or delist.

2. "Beautiful Courtyard" families can participate in the "Most Beautiful Courtyard" selection next year.
