Article 59 stipulates that those who violate the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 43 and paragraph 2 of Article 44 of this Law and cause environmental noise pollution shall be ordered by the competent department of ecological environment of the local people's government at or above the county level to make corrections and may also be fined.
