The starting point of Xinfeng-Nanxiong Expressway is located in xiaohe town, Xinfeng County, Ganzhou City, which is connected with the Ganding section of Daguang Expressway. Passing through xiaohe town, Zhengping Town and Bandung Township of Xinfeng County, Zhengping Hub was set up in Zhengping Town to connect with Daguang Expressway double track, and finally arrived at Bianjie Town of Nanxiong City, Guangdong Province. Border town is the junction of Jiangxi and Guangdong, and connects with Nanxiong-Xinfeng section of Guangdong Xiongle Expressway. The whole line is about13.92km long.

The whole line of Xinfeng-Nanxiong Expressway is built according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100km/h and an estimated total investment of10.875 billion yuan. There are 2 hubs in the whole line, 1 maintenance area. Due to the short mileage of this line, there is no exit interchange, service area and parking area on the whole line.
