Brief introduction of Qinglong street

Qinglong Sub-district Office is located in the northeast of Chengdu, covering an area of about 8.8 square kilometers. East to the original Qinglong Street, Shengdeng Street and Longtan Street, west to the kerb on the east side of Zhaojue Temple South Road, south to the original Qinglong Street, Fuqing Road and Erxianqiao Street, and north to the kerb on the north side of the fourth section of the North Third Ring Road. Jurisdiction over 7 community neighborhood committees (including 4 agriculture-related communities), located at 266 Zhiqiang Road.

The jurisdiction has developed rapidly and the economy and society have made rapid progress. With the acceleration of urbanization, Qinglong District has been comprehensively and completely planned. Within the Third Ring Road, with the town as the core, the transformation has basically ended. Commercial buildings such as Blu-ray Fujin City, Blu-ray Fuhua City, Jinke Yicheng and Aosheng Longcheng have basically moved in. China Railway Qingxiu City, China Resources North City Huafu and Huayu Sunshine are still under construction. On the Second and Fifth Ring Road, Shi Sheng Qinglong Project is in the process of land consolidation, and the Sima Bridge area will present a brand-new commercial form. On both sides of the exit of Chengdu-Mianyang Expressway, the land consolidation of the planned 2,700 mu of land allocated by the district government has basically ended, the seaside park covering an area of 170 mu is under construction, and Vanke Kaibin Land Company has been registered.

The first office area of the sub-district office is located at No.89/KLOC-0, Huajing Road, Zhanbei (the departments are: the leading office of the sub-district office, the party and government office, the economic development department, the urban management department, the office for promoting the reform of urban-rural integration, the accounting center, the comprehensive management office and the judicial office), and the second office area is located at No.0/KLOC, Zhaoqing Road (the departments are: the social affairs and family planning office and the community service center).
