What are the methods of environmental impact assessment?

There are three kinds:

The first is the environmental impact statement, which refers to the construction project itself or may have a significant impact or pollution on the surrounding environment;

The second is the environmental impact report, which means that the construction project itself or the surrounding environment may cause great pollution and impact;

The third is the environmental impact registration form, which indicates that the pollution or impact caused is relatively light.

Commonly used terms:

(1) Environmental factors. Environmental elements, also known as environmental matrix, are the basic material components that constitute the whole human environment and have different properties and obey the overall evolution law. Usually refers to the natural environment elements, including atmosphere, water, biology, rocks, soil, sound, light, radioactivity, electromagnetic radiation and so on. Environmental elements constitute the structural unit of the environment and the whole environment or environmental system.

(2) Environmental remote sensing. Using remote sensing technology to study the present situation, dynamic change and development trend of human living and production environment and environmental factors. Specifically, it uses optical and electronic instruments to receive electromagnetic wave information reflected or radiated by the measured object from high altitude (or long distance).
