In fact, Ms. Liu's Garfield usually stays at her home. However, on the day of the incident, the cat went out with its owner, but the family did not find it. Because there is a safe passage next to the door, it is very likely that the cat rushed directly into the safe passage at that time. Later, the residential property received a complaint that there was a cat in the stairwell, so he walked into the corridor with a stick and killed the cat.

Later, when the property learned that the cat was a domestic pet, it apologized to Ms. Liao and expressed its willingness to take responsibility and give Ms. Liao financial compensation. As the owner of the cat, Ms. Liao doesn't want financial compensation. I just want to restore the process of the cat's death, let the security guards involved apologize, and give the dead cat justice. However, the two sides failed to reach an agreement, and Ms. Liao was prepared to sue the property.

Although it is understandable for the property to chase wild cats, at least the property should first know whether this cat is a pet cat kept by the owner's family. Secondly, the property can catch the cat with a net bag, and should not directly kill the cat, let alone hang the cat's body on the gate for public display.
