Legal analysis:

1. Be fully responsible for presiding over the daily work of the Committee, coordinating the affairs of the community and the Committee, convening meetings of Committee members, coordinating and supporting the smooth completion of the work of Committee members in case of major or emergency accidents in the community, and being responsible for convening meetings of Committee members. Legal basis:
