Can pigeons be raised in the community?

Pigeons can't be kept in the community.

1. Neighbors are fidgeting because of pigeons' chirping, pigeon droppings and feathers. Because pigeon droppings and feathers can infect diseases or bird flu.

2. Pigeons in buildings will not only affect the environmental sanitation, but also endanger the health of pigeon breeders.

The building in the community is not personal, so it is immoral to keep pigeons in the building.

Pigeons are best kept away from residential buildings. Like in a tree.
