Property management system of government organs and units

Legal analysis: Property management is the management of various buildings, ancillary facilities and sites that have been completed, accepted and put into use by specialized agencies and personnel according to contracts and agreements. At the same time, the surrounding environment, cleanliness, safety and hygiene, public green space and road maintenance of residential areas are managed in a unified way to provide comprehensive services to residents and users.

The object of property management is property, and the object of service is people. It is a paid labor integrating management, operation and service, and the road of socialization, specialization and enterprise management. Its ultimate goal is to realize the synchronous growth of social, economic and environmental benefits.

Legal basis: Article 35 of the Regulations on Property Management, a property service enterprise shall provide corresponding services in accordance with the stipulations of the property service contract.

The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
